All orders will be processed within 2 hours and dispatched by courier to your door. Order can be dispatched nationwide throughout New Zealand and will incur a fee toward shipping and handling. Returns InformationItems being returned must be in their original packaging and carton. You can return a carton or a part of a carton of nappies to us provided that individual packets remain unopened. If you are returning a carton to us for a reason other than our error then you will be responsible for the payment for the return of the carton to our warehouse. If the return is due to our error we will arrange for the carton to be collected from you with our courier at our expense. When the carton is received a credit will be calculated and another carton of goods issued or a refund sent. Refunds are calculated on the cost of the goods only and do not include the cost of shipping unless we made the error in which case we will pay the cost of shipping to send another carton of goods to you. Delivery TimesWe will endeavour to have orders delivered the same day of dispatch in Auckland and 2 to 3 days throughout the North Island and 3 to 4 days in the South Island. Order Status - DefinitionsWhen you get e-mails regarding the status of your order, one of the following status settings will show. - Pending - This means that your order has been received by our online store.
- Processing - We have received your order and are preparing it for dispatch. If there are any problems with stock levels or delivery delays are likely we will advise you at this point
- Delivered - We set the status to Delivered when we have passed the order onto our courier firm
