General Nappies provides this service under the following conditions, and if you visit or shop at www.generalnappies.co.nz (referred to as General Nappies Online Store from this point on) you accept these conditions. Use of the General Nappies Online Store is restricted to people over the age of 18 who hold a valid credit card. General Nappies Online Store reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from General Nappies Online Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Our carriers operate on a Limited Carriers Risk basis as per the Carriage of Goods Act 1977 and amendments, which limits their liability to $1,500 including GST per unit of goods carried.

Product Descriptions

General Nappies Online Store aims to be as accurate as possible in our products descriptions and where possible they have been based on descriptions supplied by the manufacturers. If you feel that there is any inaccuracy with a product description, please contact us to voice your concerns.
